I love my job.

Charlee Mitchell has the ‘It Factor’. I have had the pleasure of working with many of the previous children who performed in her role for our production, some of whom have gone on to experience great success in their careers and all have been truly wonderful.
This said, Charlee is special. She shines on stage. It is more than the delivery of a line or her vocal range, she has a presence about her.
Off stage, she is a disciplined pro. She prepares for all aspects of being a part of a large cast and a major production with consistency and thoughtfulness. I’ve watched her backstage taking it all in.
She has a passion for performing and studies the movements and line delivery of the more seasoned performers. She uses every opportunity to learn and grow. Charlee is a delight. She brightens the day and the mood around her. I see great things in her future and can’t wait to see her touch more hearts and lives through her performances.

Both Charlee and Myles are true pros. I’ve had the pleasure of working with Charlee for three years and Myles for two. They both sing like angels and have great attitudes. The world will be hearing from them.

I had the absolute joy of working alongside Charlee as her onstage mother in a production, and to put it simply, the whole time we had an absolute ball.
Charlee is of course, so talented, from her singing, to her acting choices, to her presence onstage, but she always amazes me how grounded she is as a human and as a performer. Not only was her performance rich and engaging every show, but she takes notes beautifully and is eager to grow with every performance opportunity.
Very specifically, our part of the set experienced some really dramatic technical issues that made blocking change constantly, which in turn had more and more responsibility given to Charlee in terms of new cues, and she handled it calmly and easily.
She really can do it all— and you should hear how she mixes an E5!
